I have a big dog and she NEVER jumps.. today I came home and my mum was with me visiting and my dog must have just got over whelmed and she jumped and ended up scratching my lower back,
with that I’ve bent backwards almost and stretched my lower belly and it didn’t hurt as such just felt like tha shock ligament pain but ofc I haven’t actually bent that far since being pregnant and now I just feel anxious really and just need some reassurance. It only happened about 15 mins ago and I have felt baby a little since
But why is there always something to worry about!😭

My son jumps directly on my belly like a trampoline sometimes 🙈
Baby will be absolutely fine, you might have a slightly sore back from the sudden jolt x

I have a 37kg labrador that sits on my lap most days and hes knocked my legs from under me before and put his paws on my shoulder ( im 4ft 10🤣). Rest for abit, take paracetomol if you're sore and if you get sorer/reduced movements go and get checked out anyway but you should be okay. Pregnancy is always an anxious time but baby has alot of cushion! X

Your baby is really protected but I know it doesn’t matter what anyone says it’s a worry. You can call triage explain what’s happened
Hey girlies ! i found out yesterday that i am pregnant 🤰🏻!

Hi, I’m 30 weeks today with my first baby. As my due date slowly creeps around the corner I’m starting to have lots of anxiety about labor. What are things I can do to prep and ease my anxiety. I don’t do well with pain or feeling sick so those are my bigger concerns

Anyone fail their 1 hour glucose test while preggo with twins and then pass the 3 hour? Or even singleton, did you pass at 3 hour? My 1 hour result was 158

Hey loves, I feel like I am stopping and starting labour all the time haha. I wanted spontaneous labour but this has been going on for the last week. Although the last few days things feel like they ramping up. I went into docs for reduced movements last week and they told me that there was loads of tightenings so could be braxton hicks or labour. Last night I was having tightenings which I could feel coming and would end quite low down. No constancy though. Feeling so much pain down there and it's super heavy. Lightening croch is also a different level of pain. I'm so excited for baby. Anything else got the same thing going on? How are you all feeling?
