Your husband needs to stop pampering himself and start sharing the load. Him doing all of his things while you are showerless for two weeks is a nonsense. He’s selfish for not realizing, more or less, ignoring your chaotic life.

This is a time when you don't ask, you tell your husband what he needs to do.

You say I'm going to shower and you're watching the baby.

I'm going to bed and you're doing the night feeds tonight.

I am ordering takeout and you're doing the bedtime routine.

You need to have time to take care of your needs more than he needs a soak in the tub after a shower 😡

But I also recommend a different sleeping situation. Sleeping in a chair is more dangerous than a safe cosleeping bed

Check out the advice from cosleepy on safely sleeping propped, get covers completely off the bed, pack any gaps with tight rolled sheets, and tie your hair back, make your husband sleep on the couch. You deserve rest, and dozing off in a chair would not be safe.

And I don’t see much of how your husband is lightening your load. He should cut out that hot tub soak or save it until baby is sleeping so you get a bit to shower and recharge before bedtime.

Can you stay with your mom a few nights after work? I think some close family support will be healthy. Catch up a little on grooming and rest, have a chance to talk and get an outside view, have some time to think and feel about this all
