My baby has a cold

We’re also suffering with colds! My 2 year old got it first, he was unwell for 1 evening and the following day and then got better, then the baby caught it last night, he was restless and so bunged up! Same today, hoping it’s over as quickly as it begun. Xx

awww bless you, two babas with colds, it’s so hard isn’t it, you just feel helpless! Hoping for a speedy recovery for both your boys ❤️

my baby got cold yesterday, we go doctor yesterday and they told us is only cold but also teething 😅😅. only I can sleep 30 min. I give to my son calpol and teething granules

We are on day two and we’ve been up for over an hour and I’ve still only managed to get calpol down him and no milk as of yet but he’s winging like he’s hungry. Don’t know what to do for the best! I e made porridge out of some of his milk and it seems to be the only way to get something down him but it’s only made with 1oz of milk so if I have to sit here and feed him porridge all day that looks like what I’m going to have to do😵‍💫

Not to frighten you at all!!!!!!!
My LB had cold symptoms Saturday night congested mainly. Sunday sounded like a little cough Monday saw the dr he said it was a cold.
Monday night he was admitted to hospital with breathing difficulties and bronchiolitis he’s been in hospital on oxygen. We’ve only just come home and he’s still not better but better than he was.
It happened so quick.
So just observe nappies milk intake & breathing. Hope your little one is okay and like I said I don’t want to scare you obviously xx

awww no! This sounds so scary, hope your little boy is getting better slowly but surely!

Her breathing seems fine, just a little muffled cause she cause breath out of her nose, and she’s got plenty of wet nappies and is drinking near enough the same amount of milk! Usually she’d have 28-29oz a day and now she’s having 24-26oz! Xxx

My LB has the cold and it’s been almost a week and he’s still got a blocked/runny nose, coughing and just generally not well but looks like it’s getting better and we’ve been through the worst of it. Only now I’ve got caught it 🤦🏾‍♀️

awww bless him! Noa can’t eat anything as I think she’s so phlegmy that it’s causing her to choke whether it’s BLW or puréed she just can’t jack it and it’s causing her to gag and be sick and she’s been eating amazing for nearly a month! So we’ve just given milk for the last 4 days, thankfully she’s drinking it but because she’s sleeping in till later, she’s dropped a feed so I’ve been giving her 3 8oz bottles (10am/ 2pm/ 6:30pm) and a little 3oz at 4/5pm as a top up feed if she’ll take it, before her 6:30pm bedtime feed! She’s managing well, isn’t whingey or upset just doesn’t look herself at all! xx

yeah my LO is defo teething at the same time, I’m wondering if that’s what has run her down xx

awww amazing she’s getting better on day 3, we’re on day 4 and she seems a little chirpier in herself but still very snotty/ coughing! Xxx
