I’ve lost my butt 😩

I’m 7 months rn and I’ve noticed my butt has started to go flat and droopy 😩😅 what are some workouts you guys do to work those muscles again 💀

Barre exercises. They target small muscles that often get missed.

Following cause absolutely same

@Kris I wish mine completely disappeared from breastfeeding

Hip thrust, lunges, RDLS, leg press etc 2 times per week - progressive overload and consuming high protein meals

I like to walk uphill on the treadmill. 5.0-7.0 and emphasize squeezing lower glute :) I also love hip thrusts like @Kris
