Swim nappies

Probably a very stupid question but I’m forever giving ‘the lights are always on with no one home’ vibes anyway 🤷🏽‍♀️

We’re currently on holiday and she’s about to go into the swimming pool for the first time! Do I need to use a disposable swim nappy underneath this or would it just be either or?

The one in the picture is only designed to catch poop, the disposable ones are more for wee. When i was in a villa we just used the ones like you’ve photographed as i wasn’t bothered about his wee but if you’re somewhere public it’s up to you! X

I don’t think any of them catch wee as that would make them heavy in the water. Both reusable and disposable are to catch poo I believe! I used reusable ones on holiday but I did take a couple of pairs xx

None are designed to catch wee as that defeats the object of using them for swimming.
I’ve always doubled up with a disposable underneath

We do a disposable swim nappy underneath - I don’t want to imagine the mess trying to take off a poo-filled happy nappy!

I use a disposable underneath, but I’ve used them by themselves before when I’ve forgotten 🤣 and they do work really well… as I found out cos it was the one time she did a massive poo and it kept everything in, total surprise in the changing room 🤢🤣🙈

I would put diaper then this over the top tbh
