Baby swallowed water
Baby sucked water out of a sponge during bath time, coughed and spluttered a bit but is fine now.
Would you get him checked? He’s 6 months I’m panicking

It would only have been a tiny ammount of water so I’d say he’s fine! I know it’s scary though. My little one gulped loads of water in his swimming lesson at 4 months and said he’d be fine! Xx
My baby does this every bath time - she grabs the wash cloth and sucks on it. I try so hard not to let her but her grabby hands are lightning quick
Babies can drink water
Noooo… my daughter sucks the sponge and if she can’t do that she picks up her whales that spits water out and tries to drink that 😂😂
At 6 months, baby can have about 2oz of water a day. So I’m sure a few drops from bathtime won’t cause any harm. No need to panic 🩷
