Any tips on dealing with calf cramp.
I've had it for days and it's not getting any better 😥

Exactly the same! I've had it ever since being in the third trimester 😭
I find having a bath before bed eases it or trying to get a massage 🤣 x

drink tonic water! x

My midwife suggested bananas, dried apricots and plenty of fluids throughout the day.
As soon as you feel it coming on bend your foot as if you're standing on them! I think tonic is an old wives tale unfortunately.
I've had them bad since 2nd tri as I'm on my feet all day at work and they don't seem to come at all when I've had at least 1 banana and a load of apricots 🤷🏼♀️

Magnesium oil spray! It’s amazing, or get magnesium flakes to put in the bath. Also make sure you’re drinking plenty of water :)

I second Emily with the magnesium oil spray! It done me wonders. I just got one from Amazon and rub it on my calves before bed, haven’t had the cramp since x
