Heyy so this is little ideas I got from TikTok for moms that wanted to be prepared for their selves and for the baby
The first one is pre making meals and freezing them since this is the fall season itâs a great idea to make different soups and have them be frozen so while youâre healing you donât have to worry about cooking anything just warming it up
The second one make sure you get that self care in before you give birthâŒïž I personally plan to get my hair braided hopefully a week or two before
The due date and my eyebrows, a body massage, and maybe short white nails since
I have more but I canât remember them at the moment đ„Č but if anyone wants to add to t huh is please do

idk if im nesting but ive been cleaning the house like crazy to prep so I donât have to worry when I come back from the hospital, making sure my postpartum area is put together nicely with everything I need etc

I got a wax as close as I could to the end đ for my comfort, and of course a many/pedi. The meals is a great idea. There's never enough time. Building on that, if you're planning to bf, you could make your supply shakes or cut up ingredients and portion and freeze them ahead of time so you just have to blend and go to save yourself time and effort later. All the little things that future you will thank you for!!

Iâd consider that nesting cause youâre preparing so you donât have to worry about it when you get home it gives you less to worry about

My list of meal ideas for freezing - chili, curry, Mac cheese, pesto pasta, veg pasta in tomato sauce. Also stock up on frozen quick meals sausages/burgers/pizza. Fajitas and stir fry also quick to make from fresh, baked potato easy and quick in air fryer
