It was instant relief. Obviously things still hurt down there after pushing baby out but the pelvic pain I’d been dealing with for months just disappeared.

Pretty instant, had pain everywhere else, but that specific PGP was gone

Immediately!!

If you breastfeed, sometimes the pain can last longer. Personally I did physical therapy while i was still pregnant and it cleared up before I even gave birth. So if it doesnt clear up after, get PT.

Immediately! It was like a miracle, suddenly I could move around without pain haha

about 6 months, but those 6 months were no where near as bad as when i was pregnant

At 8 weeks I developed sciatica (lasted all pregnancy) and then at around 5 months the PGP started. The only way for Pgp to get better is through resting, sitting in one place. I couldn’t walk much at all and I couldn’t cook or wash dishes at the sink cause of how bad my pgp was. I got referred for physio at around 32 weeks or something.

Ugh mine lasted like 2 weeks more after birth. I had PGP the last two months of pregnancy soo badly no fun.

Instantly hips were still slightly sore afterwards like a dull ache probably just the relief but it only lasted a day or two!

Did you know this was a thing?

Didn’t know this existed! I’m actually not breastfeeding 2nd time round (though wish I did) after a bad experience with my 1st baby. But this is something I 100% needed 1st time round.

Screeching baby

I have twin boys, 5months.

One is very quiet

The other... is like a pterodactyl who screeches when bored, tired, hungry, as soon as he wake up to be held etc...
This habit has only just started!

Has anyone else experienced this and how long did it last?
So far it has been about 5 days 😭😭😭😭

Joie Signature Parcel LX lightweight stroller

Has anyone got this stroller? Up until now we have used our mamas and papas ocarro and we love it. However we are going on holiday in June and looking at a lightweight stroller to take with us. I'm not bothered if it fits in overheard locker, I would rather have decent wheels on the stroller and this one does have slightly bigger wheels than most travel strollers we have seen. Has anyone used this stroller abroad or got any other recommendations? TIA x

Fighting naps

Does anybody else feel like they spend all day trying to get baby to nap? I get tempted to give up as he must not be that tired but he is too cranky to play or do anything else!
