My hands and feet swell all the time especially when I was around 20 weeks... I also have the worst carpal tunnel out walked me up out of my sleep!

Call your Dr to be sure they may have you come into the office to do some tests to make sure all is good. However some swelling is normal in late pregnancy

In the mean time try upping water in take and prop up your feet

i’ve been told if i get extreme/unusual swelling at any time especially in the hands or face to go straight to L&D as it’s a great sign of preeclampsia or really high BP and you need to be monitored. of course you can give the hospital L&D a call first to see if they want you to come in or not but better to be safe than sorry in this situation
I’m 38 weeks and this is my first pregnancy so I’m not even sure about everything.. I haven’t had anything issues at all this pregnancy so the swelling kinda freaked me out

definitely give your OB or L&D department a call. if you have a way to check your BP do so asap. i wouldn’t recommend googling anything as to not freak yourself out, but if you already have swelling in your hands, and get any new swelling in your face please do not hesitate to call or go in

Definitely good to bring it up to your doctor in case it is a blood pressure issue! Don't freak out though, my blood pressure is perfectly fine (not even PRE hypertension level) and in my 3rd trimester my hands and feet have been Painfully swollen every day 🥲 so get it checked out just in case, but don't freak out because it might just be how your body is handling pregnancy, like mine 💛

Its always good to mention changes to your dr/midwife but don’t stress to much about it. The body does all kinds of crazy things during pregnancy. My feet started swelling in the first trimester I highly recommend compression socks they were a life saver. My hands now swell A LOT in the mornings and on walks. Just try to keep them above your heart when walking and lightly squeeze them. Ice helps for swelling in the morning may it be holding/standing on an ice pack or a full on cold shower.
