I have breast fed 2 children for 16 months each while working out 4/5 times a week plus walks, never have I heard that it can reduce milk supply, I have never had any problems with exercising and breast milk.
@Helen sorry to disappoint you but you can't lose weight from 1 part of the body. You need to eat less and move more and the weight comes off from all over the body, (legs, arms, boobs, face, Tummy etc). You can't target 1 area. X
@Claudia I've join the local MummyFit franchise. Check them out in your area. You go to class and can bring babies with you! I've been working out since baby was 6 weeks....Ive lost 2 stones (still 2 to go to be prepragnancy weight) he is 7 months and still EBF. As long as you are not starving yourself and are drinking lots of water you are safe..

Yeah @Helen also ive heard if you exercise and loose calories means you loose milk supply since you need calories to make the milk 😪 ive used to go to the gym 4/5 times a week up until i was 5 months pregnant and would love to join back but dont want to stop breastfeeding or loose milk supply
