I started going for light jogs at 6 weeks and walking the dogs from about 4 weeks. I didn’t start HIIT training until around 4m pp though
Physio and crossfitter here. I started core/basic pilates after 1k was walking 5k/day within a week, 10k by week 2. Was at 16k by wk5. Had Mummy Mot at wk6 to clear me for gradual return to exercise. (Crossfit, hiking ,Road cycling and running) At Wk6 i commenced a proper 12wk postpartum program for gradual return to full performance. It is bodyweight/banded and weighted work with a metcon workout at the end. No barbell or plyometric (jumping or running) until wk10+ to Support proper recovery. Look at Mamas and Babas athletic, Hatch athletic or bumpandbeyond for some proper guidance. All on Socials strongly advice seeing a womens health physio before you start though!
I would like to know too. I'm doing the same than you. Yesterday I tried to running but I felt uncomfortable in my belly 😭 I'm 2 months 3 weeks postpartum
