Anyone made it to the other side of the 18 month sleep regression?

It's wearing us down over here. Wake ups just keep coming earlier and earlier. Would be so glad to read about how and when this got better for your family.

Just made it there (hopefully)

Same here girl 😭 5am wake ups

Both my kiddos are in sleep regression right now. My daughter is 18 months. And my son is almost 3🫠 send help lol

Made it through over here! Started about mid August for us. Little man waking up every 2 hours or less. Refusing the crib. Difficult for naps and putdown. Then we moved across country early September which stretched it out further. Finally this past week we are getting in a solid groove and actually doing better than he used to!! We slept 6.5 hours straight last night which is pretty rare for him

I feel like it will never end. It’s been over 2 weeks now and I have lost hope

@Mikayla she may be, but she's had the same 6 teeth and swollen gums for months now so perhaps the break throughs will come for real? We have used Tylenol in the past during rough patches, so perhaps worth a try again.

I’m not sure honestly my daughter doesn’t seem to have an issue with her sleep unless she has a cold or teething ❤️hopefully it gets better mama

Went to dentist today and while I had noticed the two upper teeth making an entrance there are actually 4 molars also beginning to poke. So 6 total teeth in motion right now. No wonder she cries out in her sleep!

@Laura how long has it been going on? My son has been crying for over 3 weeks now. He has one molar that poked through and I suspect there are others coming in

The 5am wake ups were about 3 weeks ago and the 3am-5am "parties" have been happening for 2weeks save one magic night when she slept through til 6

Me!!! A week before 19 months, she just snapped out of it. Now I lay her down and she plays with her hands a little and falls asleep at 8:30 and wakes up at 7:30. I thought the 18 month sleep regression would last forever
