Bleeding nose with cold

My 11 month old has a horrid cold and today there was some blood when I wiped it. He’s very snotty and tired. No fever, his big brother has the same cold so I know it’s just that. But anyone experienced blood when their baby has a cold?

My boy had a really bad cold a month or so ago. Totally bunged up and sneezing etc. he had a bit of blood on a few occasions but we were told it was due to the congestion or pressure with the congestion and sneezing. It stopped as soon as he got over the worst and we’ve had nothing since!😊
