Prenatal massages

Highhhhlllyyy recommend rebirth massage. I went for pre and post natal.

I went to mellow massage in hillcrest throughout my pregnancy and saw Kiri. She was great!!

she can do whatever pressure you want. She would start me on a raised wedge on my back and then ended on each side. I preferred this format to some other therapists I went to that had me face down in a wedge with belly/boob cutouts. That gave great access to my back but it got pretty uncomfortable. I went monthly

mission valley. You can choose your masseuse and request specific pressure

Rebirth in Mission Valley! They helped so much with my hip and back pain. I saw two different masseuses and they did fantastic. You can choose which masseuse you want, they have a little biography about their style on their website :)

I’ve been to Rebirth and it was really good. I decided to see Sophia at Alchemystic Wellness in PB. I go once a week. She’s really incredible and has great prices / package options.

My prenatal massage girl is amazing, I was going every week, her name is Juli, she’s Russian and strong and a sweetheart, highly recommend..
