Anyone know what this is?

Excema maybe? It looks like the rash i get when i have a flare up

It definitely looks like either psoriasis or eczema to me I have palms psoriasis and it forms on the palms of your hands and on the side of your heel like the soft side of your foot on the heel..
Anyway, it's not a big deal Just a little annoying and embarrassing!!
And yours doesn't look bad at all!! I don't know where you live but I'm from the deep south and as soon as I move to Tennessee like the Foothills of the mountains the weather and the freshwater there made it go away and it hasn't come back in over 18 years!! You'll be fine but I do wish you luck!!

I got it checked out. Eczema :( I live in Texas interesting that you say that!!

Yep, And I moved back to Louisiana and the palm psoriasis has never come back. Living in Tennessee for 6 years being in that weather I don't know it just made it subside.
