Throwing up with cold. My 11 month old threw up everywhere today, at first was just milk after a breastfeed and then by end of throwing up it was all mucus. He has a very snotty cold right now.

Both my children have it, and me and my husband too. Is this normal for them to vomit? No fever and seems ok, just poorly with the cold.

Yes with a cold it can cause vomiting because of the congestion it can cause a nasal drip in the throat which triggers coughing and then vomiting.
Just keep an eye on him, a cold should usually go within a week 😊
Hope your family feels better soon! X

Yep, last weekend my little girl was sick twice with a cold. I think it’s the snot running down their throat which makes them gag and the milk just comes up. Also coughing can make them sick. My girl did it twice, over my bed and dressing gown twice on two consecutive nights. Awful

Me and LB have been sick for 2 weeks now. Started with a bad cough and runny nose, then vomiting, then a high temp, explosive nappies when I could get anything down him. It's been rough 🤕 he's lost abit of weight and he's only just showing signs of getting better bless him. Luckily he would take breastmilk when he wasn't inconsolable.
