No cows milk

What milk options do you give your toddler if you don’t want them drinking cows milk? We tried almond milk but she drinks so much of it I’m not sure if it’s filling.

My baby girl stopped drinking milk between 12-13 months, they told us to just make sure she gets plenty of healthy fats & she loves avocado so that’s what we’ve been doing

Avatar

shouldn't anyways because they need the fat.

is it the lactose? if so try the lactose free whole milk

Oats milk

Ooh! I love this question😂I don't mind giving my baby Cabot farms' triple something Greek yogurt. They have a vanilla one that's full of protein vitamins, iron and calcium. I give that to her every other day or so. She drinks unsweetened original almondmilk most of the week. Between the yogurt and vitamin d supplements and coconut water slightly diluted every now and then, she's perfectly hydrated and balanced vitamin wise😊hope this helps!

They tell us to give them cows milk for the vitamin d. There are plenty of other ways to make sure they get it.

My baby also drinks Ripple. it was recommended my our pediatrician because almond and oat mills are mostly water. We buy the sugar free kids version.

My sister in law did goats milk. I guess that’s what they used cause before formula.

Raw cows milk or raw goats milk is truthfully the best thing for them. Almond milk and oats milk are really bad because of all the additives/ bad ingredients they put in it

Soy or silk!

Avatar

If you are worried about cows milk, you might need to try it raw if you can! That’s what me and my kids drink. I have heard from others that all of the problems they had from regular store bought milk disappeared when they went to raw!

Soy milk. We use great value or silk soy milk. My son has a milk protein allergy and they have been working well for him.

Goat milk is a great option!

Soy milk or ripple milk per my pediatrician. We’ve been using ripple bc I prefer to stay away from the soy.

Ripple kids

Goat milk is good, you may even do lactaid! I give my daughter whole milk lactaid and it’s the only one she can handle. Ripple chocolate milk is also her favorite.

Soy milk or ripple milk was recommended by the doctor. I think the ripple is the better choice but WIC doesn't cover it.

These are great thanks !!! She doesn’t have an allergy to regular milk or anything we just don’t mess with cows milk. Ima look into ripple kids

We do kendamil organic toddler formula and ripple unsweetened

My son is allergic to milk altogether, and I give him Ripple Kids Milk. It has close to the same, if not the same, amount of nutrients found in whole milk. It's a pea milk alternative, made so you don't have to substitute with different milks and products like with other milk alternatives.

Just had my sons well check and we do not do cows milk but doing oatmilk and he eats good. She feels that it doesn’t have enough fat and recommended Ripple….and she said look at his diet and he could be getting what he needs through food, which I feel like he does
