4 month upset belly
Bean turns 4 months tomorrow. She's had a low grade fever of 99.4 since Thursday n her belly has been really upset. Is there anything I can do to help her? Should I give her Tylenol for such a low fever or just stick to gripe water?

Our pediatrician told us that we should really only use Tylenol if their fever is over 102 or if it's relatively high and they are fussy
