thank you!! And no not really, i eat pretty healthy and go to the gym for about an hour a day and then mostly sit on the couch or sit playing with my baby😂😂. I’m not 100% sure about the correlation of weight and breastfeeding but i’m still exclusively breastfeeding & i think it has actually helped because your body is burning extra calories making their milk! Again not positive on the effects that was just my experience!

Amazing! Excited for you!

you look fantastic!! Any advice on preventative ways to minimize stretch marks through this wild ride?

i used castor oil everyday, had to toe. Its a bit sticky so i mixed it with coconut oil as well. Ate a lot, but only nutritious foods and a collagen supplement + a sh*t ton of water , exercised everyday up until the end of my 3rd trimester.

sorry that was a mouthful, i make a living off of my physique/fitness so i was overly cautious lol.

hahaha girl thank you so much 😊 🙏 we are all one at the end of the day!

Go girl! 💪 ⭐️ I can't wait to advance my core strength/workouts to pre-pregnancy levels! I stayed super active during pregnancy but ended up with a c-section (we've a chunky girl who spent sev extra days cooking in the oven lol) and a few months PP now I'm still waaay light on my core work and feeling very weak

If I could weigh in about minimizing stretchmarks... I would echo Courtney's thoughts on water, exercise and oils, though I actually used Bio Oil and coconut oil combo (and I drink like a gallon of water per day, just for reference)

Pregnancy after c section

What time scale did everyone get pregnant again after a c section?
I know the doc said they recommend eating at least a year to 18 months but it took 4 years to get pregnant the first time after being told we could not conceive naturally so not wanting to stop it happening knowing it could take a very long time again but also worried.

Braxton hicks

I’m currently 34 weeks and have been experiencing braxton hicks for the past few weeks however have been having cramps almost like very strong period cramps In my lower stomach. I’ve mentioned this to my midwife and she only really asked if I’d been keeping hydrated and taking my vitamins which I am but didn’t really proceed to tell me if this was normal or related to braxton hicks also, has anyone else experienced this?

Help

I was getting pretty painful period cramps and during those, I had painful lower back cramps. I had these on and off for like a few hours so from about 10:30pm to 1am?

I’ve had no show, or anything like that.

Is this braxton hicks or early labour pains?

Little girl turning herself sideways in next to me

My little girl tonight, has spun herself so she is lying sideways in her next to me, making me panic!

Is this normal at 4.5 months, do I just lie her back normally/vertically?
