Dates

I prefer Medjool dates in general, usually they are whole. Bit more expensive but delish imo!

Yep, Majool dates are best 🥰 I just get mine either from the local middle Eastern shop or even the supermarkets have them. I love the ones from sainsburys.
I carry a little box with me everywhere and usually like to have some plain one and some done as a "snickers" with PB, Peanuts and chocolate (just google snickers date and it comes up) 😄 just because I like variety and use them as a little dessert after meals😄

You can get pitted ones from Sainsbury’s which I prefer. If you have regular dates you need to eat six a day, if you have medjool dates you need to eat three a day (but they are effing expensive).

Also just to put a twist on things, dates wrapped in bacon are insaneeeee. I could eat bowls and bowls of the stuff 😂

I live near a home bargains so I get them in bags from there for cheap 🙂

I don't like them 😕 but I'd get some from sainsbury if I had to
