Sitting up
My little girl is almost 7 months old and isn't sitting up yet. She is trying to pull herself up, but when I assist her sitting, she just topples right over. She isn't very keen on tummy time, but she will tolerate it sometimes. Are there any tips to help her sit up? Or, do you think I am over worrying, I know all babies develop at different rates :) x

they're fisher price seats I got mine from argos
My little one use to sit up in my pregnancy pillow and she within weeks started sitting up unaided and it happened suddenly and fast, even if it doesn’t happen, it will and then you’ll be looking for the next milestone, don’t worry!!

I found my baby sat up better on the rubber play mats as opposed to carpet :). My little girl sat up unaided at little over 7 months and before this was very wobbly. Then one day she just worked it out! X
My little boy is 7 months and rolls over that’s about it, he cannot sit up unaided at all, hope that puts you at ease x

My LO was sitting up at about 5 months for only a couple seconds at a time and would fall over so I was constantly putting her on her back to play as I felt more comfortable. My friend called me out on it and said let her sit up, if she falls just put pillows around her so I started doing that and within a week or so she was sitting up on her own albeit leaning forward and 2-3 weeks after that she could sit up 100% independently. I think we can sometimes underestimate them but in my case it was a case of practice makes perfect.
