Stop trying! It will happen haha. With my first baby we tried for a year and a bit and nothing happened. The moment we gave up and stopped trying, the next month we were pregnant. Sometimes I feel like its all psychological and the more we wait and put psychological pressure on our bodies the more they fail us.
I get what you mean but I can't stop trying it's so difficult as it's something I just want so badly there's no way I could trick myself into not trying š honestly my brain is boggled
yes I've tracked ovulation through an app but have never tried to strips I will try them and see if they are more accurate
thank you so so so much ā¤ļø I will start taking folic acid daily

I completely understand!! Its hard to trick your brain into thinking that way. With me I had just genuinely stopped thinking about it because it was causing tension in my relationship >.< also what Ashley said was bang on as-well. With my second pregnancy I took ovulation strips just to see if my ovulation matched what was written on my ovia app and I was off by 5-6 days
oh my god I can't believe how far they're off. I'm definitely going to buy ovulation strips.do they have to be the expensive ones or can I get the cheaper ones?
my gp are awful they tried to tell me to get an abortion due to being 17 when I was pregnant before and they said they didn't want to support me with my pregnancy
the gp are awful for my mental health. After witnessing my boyfriend attempting suicide I asked for them to put me on some form of medication as this was causing me to become severely depressed and drained and they had told me it's a silly thing to want to go on anti-depressants for

You can get the cheapies! I used the 3 ovulation strips for a pound one from savers (if you're from uk)
oooo thank you so so so much

I looked at the ovulation chart on Pinterest morning sex tends to help and pregnacare his and hers vitamins x
oooo thank you so much I will definitely have a look xx
thank you I have seen the pregnacare vitamins but wasn't sure how good they are but I will definitely try xx

Me and my husband were desperately trying for 3 years. We were both under 30 (I was 18 so I should have definitely been in a position to conceive) and nothing worked! My husband had a low sperm count. We bought all of the gimmicks in the stores and followed every piece of advice online (as weird as some were) and we would be so upset every month. Then we decided to go and visit my best friend where I was born (it was an island so it was basically a holiday as we had to get a plane) and we conceived! The only things we did differently were:
I lost half a stone before the holiday as I was going to the beach the whole week
We ātriedā 3 times in one day due to being relaxed and bored
We didnāt think or stress out about it once
Lo and behold a month later I was pregnant and it was the one time in the entire 3 years that I was sure I wasnāt because I hadnāt even thought about it and put real effort into trying.
I know it sounds so annoying to hear ājust relax and donāt think about

Itā but that was literally what gave us our miracle little girl :)
I'm so so so happy for you! I definitely do need to relax I'm currently 18 but haven't had my boyfriends sperm count checked so I might see if he'll get that done, I am a massive stress head because I allow things to pile up, however now I will try and change things to make myself feel better

Thank you lovely! I would definitely do that! We didnāt do the sperm count until the 3rd year but If I could go back I would have done it as soon as possible because then we would know 100% what the root of the struggle is
Honestly youāre amazing and Iāve been where you are so I know how stressful and pressuring it is but I promise you you will have your miracle baby too when the time comes, in whatever way that happens :) donāt let yourself get too upset every month because there is always another month coming to try again :) x

Also if you are in the Uk, you can do the sperm test via the nhs for free. Your other half just has to call up the gp and they will organise it! After a certain amount of time you can also call up the gp and explain you are struggling to get pregnant and a gynaecologist will be referred to you and will talk to you about next steps :) it can take awhile though!

I had one miscarriage before having my healthy little boy.
It took us months to get pregnant after the mc. I tried everything.
Then we decided to just take a month off and not "try" and boom. That was the month we got pregnant.
Wishing you a healthy, happy pregnancy soon x
