I’m really struggling with not drinking alcohol, can anyone give any tips please? The alcohol free ciders aren’t hitting the spot at all. It seems I’m thinking about it a lot and I’m even having dreams about it 🤦🏼♀️

It might help to pin down what you're craving - is it the taste, is it being a bit buzzed, is it the ritual/social element of drinking? Different things might help with each one (although sadly being a bit buzzed is really hard to access without a drink).

I allowed myself 1 white wine spritzer the other week for this exact reason, and to be fair, I felt so guilty afterwards for days, I doubt I'd want one again while pregnant.
