Help! Baby acne or rash?

From my experience, it looks like more than baby acne. My girls never had it like that. I would get a second opinion for sure.

My daughter had baby acne like that just as bad and I tried almost everything, changed diet too biggest thing that helped was Mustela Baby water

Now she has none. Her doctor said it was baby acne. She had it all over her chest as well

My baby had it too. Using warm towel (shocking with warm water and hand pressing it to remove water and make it dry) couple of times for few days and applying aveeno baby enzyme therapy had her recover

Does it seem to bother her? Could be a sensitivity to something but definitely get it checked for it again. Hoping for the best!

Wash her face with breastmilk it should help

Thank you everyone! It cleared up, we stopped using Johnson and Johnson soap and it seemed to help a lot! We only use the aveeno at bath time now and only use soap twice a week for bath time.
