Constipation
Hey ladies
Does anyone else find their LO is constipated on and off? He has a balanced diet, I would say and drinks quite a lot of water a day around 8oz.
Just don’t know what I can do to help?

Does he have prunes in his diet?
I give my LO prunes if I think he needs a poo xx

no he doesn’t, he has a lot of fruit & veg not sure if maybe too much
3rd that when my little boy is constipated I just get the purée prunes give him 3/4 spoonfuls of it and he then goes that day x
