Phase or the new norm?

LB is just so grizzly lately.
He hasn't had any new teeth since July but I cannot see any breaking through.
He is now so fussy over food. Today he had a tantrum because we were passing him his food rather than letting him pick it up himself.
During food time he constantly throws things on the floor - food, his bottle, dummy even if he wants it.
After getting out of the bath now he screams blue murder. He never used to like getting out of the bath but gets so upset getting dressed (at any time throughout the day tbf) you'd think we were hurting him!
He also used to go down for naps and bed without a fuss. Now there is a fuss. Just have no clue at all what is going on with him.
He hasn't had his one year jabs yet - they are Monday 😅🙈 so goodness knows what he's going to be like after those.
Has anyone been through anything similar? Was it just a phase?
