How do you layer up your babies for colder weather?

Just curious since the temperature is dropping! I'm always worried about dressing my baby too warm where she's overheating, but we go for walks everyday. Today I had her in a short-sleeved onsie under her sleeper, and a hooded vest overtop but she was angry with me on the way out the door (it gets warm in our apartment).. I think when we were out there it was okay

I picked up a fuzzy bear suit from old navy and I put her in that when it’s chilly! Other days that aren’t as cold but still not warm out I put booties on and have a blanket handy as well. I also crocheted her a bonnet that i put on to cover her ears as it gets super windy around this time of year where I live as well!

Same- onesies with leggings and socks, and then a hat and knitted sweater when we go out. Blanket if wr go for a walk. At bedtime she's sleeping in a long sleeved sleeper (we cosleep and she always tucked close to me for extra warmth, so no sleep sack until winter hits.)
