Had good meals today, good dinner but still feel starving as if I haven’t eaten anything at all today… I’ve had some nuts, that didn’t make a dent (usually would feel full), I’m about to have Greek yogurt with chia seeds… what else can I do that won’t spike my sugar? Is it ok to keep snacking?

Have more protein!

It sounds like you have really good ideas. Fats and fiber along with your protein will help you feel fuller.
Sometimes a protein shake would help me feel full on those kind of days. I would blend pea protein powder with almond milk and decaf coffee ; you could add chia and nut butter, too.
And eating smaller throughout the day is a good way to manage blood sugar so snacking isn’t a bad thing

Thank you!! It was before bedtime and was just starving even though I had really good portions throughout the day… I was scratching my head with what to do. The Greek yogurt, peanut butter and chia seeds didn’t make a dent in the hunger level but I ended up just going to sleep in hopes the feeling goes away😅

I had unsweetened coconut milk before bedtime last night and wasnt hungry in the night! Blood sugar was fine in the morning too xx
