Incredibly Anxious

I am 7w5d and started spotting on Thursday. It’s gotten worse since then but no other symptoms like cramps or back pain. I talked to a nurse who said to just monitor my symptoms until my first ultrasound which is in three days. I haven’t had any morning sickness just tender breasts. And my emotions are all over the place, I feel incredibly depressed and totally unfocused which is really unlike me, I’m usually very focused and positive. I am 38yo and this is my first pregnancy I just can’t stop thinking about what if these are the beginning signs of a miscarriage? Shouldn’t I have more symptoms? Or should I be thankful that I don’t. Just need some words or reassurance.

Keep an eye on it! Spotting is normal. But definitely keep an eye on it!! I’m pregnant with my 3rd baby I’m in my 30s definitely a different feeling From being pregnant in my early 20s! It’s not the same AT ALL! Every pregnancy is a know a known Fact to be different! I’ve been extremely anxious and my anxiety is on a million simply because one minute I feel pregnant the next I don’t feel it at all 🤦🏾‍♀️ it’s so weird to me! It scares me and I gotta wait another week for another ultrasound since my first one! It’s all nerve wrecking especially in the first trimester it sucks it’s hard to stay calm! But you will be just fine! Keep us updated!

I spotted on different occasions around my 6 weeks, but no pain or cramp. Went to see my primary care provider she said i should stay more hydrated and
Rest more, and if it happens again, i can go to the emergency . I have been trying to stay hydrated and rest more, and i haven't spotted since then. I'm around my 8 weeks now seeing my Ob on Tuesday
