Weird pressure

I had something quite weird happen yesterday. I was cleaning my kitchen for about 30 minutes when I felt a weird pressure near my cervix. It was very uncomfortable and it would not go no matter how much I adjusted myself. I then started ro worry if that was my baby. Instantly I began to get in my head. Called out of work and went to the ER. 3 hours later they told me very thing was fine. Even the weird pressure went away. Has anyone else had this happen to them at 4 weeks and 6 days?

I've had strange pressure and cramping going on and I'm 6w tomorrow. Dr says it's normal in early pregnancy, as there are so many changes taking place all at once.
