Canadian Moms, if preg again during maternity leave of 18 months how does this work ?

I havent tested it yet, but my period has been delayed by 4 days. If I do find out that I am pregnant then how does this whole maternity leave will pan out ? Do I need to go back to work before second delivery in order to avail the mat leave for second lid ??

I believe the answer is yes, you have to go back and make at least 600 hours to qualify.
Your best bet is to call Service Canada and ask them. They are so helpful with maternity leave!
