Awful, but excited. I don't want to go back, but I also can't wait to be working my mind again? Honestly, I think it's because I'll be back basically full time. I'd be happy about it more if I knew it was just 2/3 days

Completely mixed. I have so much accrued holiday that I'm working 3 days a week until next April and I'm still dreading it. I need the adult distraction but I'm not mentally prepared for it at all.

I hate my company and my job but I need money. That pretty much sums it up

I went back to work two months ago on phase return. I hate my job because they are really not flexible at all and don’t allow me to work from him. They also don’t offer part time roles on the role I’m doing so next week I’ll be on full time. Let’s just say I cry every morning when I have to leave my little boy at home. I’m constantly texting or calling my mum or MIL who look after him through out the day. I just hate hate hate leaving him. I guess every mother is different, people that I’ve spoken too have all said they enjoy being away from their little ones but I hate it.

I returned last week. I thought I was totally fine about it but the closer I got, the more I got anxiety and I even had a panic attack which is really unlike me. Anyway, safe to say returning was totally anticlimactic and I was totally fine once I was there doing the job 🙈 my LO did have a sickness bug last week though so couldn’t go to nursery as planned - thank goodness for grandparents!

Agree with all of the above, you must already be great at marketing and I think this might be right up your street
Take a look at my information page about a business I just joined that is a travel franchise @lifewelltravelledforless
I’m lucky enough to not have to return to work but know loads of people in my team are starting to reduce their hours as their business grows.
