Well based on the picture you don’t want it to be tight around the nipple and have more room. I am thinking the 22mm would be better

Yup, 22 or 23. You definitely want it to be comfy not tight and feel like your nipple is being sucked off by the machine. lol

Don't forget to check both sides
Example: my nipples are 2 different sizes

When you pump you only want the nipple. 21 is the perfect fit, but you want to go a size or two bigger. But 22 look good to me

I would say 22 or 23, depending on how your nipple stretches once you get going.
