So my daughter has finally reached the point of climbing out her crib (she climbs on the changing table). Sooo toddler bed time! The only thing tho, is we still room share with her. We can’t put her in our guest room because it’s also a storage room and can’t be childproofed.
Any tips/recommendations for transitioning to toddler bed?

I'd either put her at the end of your bed/ make a cute floor bed with a canopy for her/ privacy. Or get a high bedframe, or can order those blocks to raise your bed, so you can pull her bed out every night but still have room by tucking it away during the day. Either way, make sure it's a secured bed (railings, those bed railings that go right under your mattress can go under hers so she doesn't accidentally roll off) or if you're really feeling like this might be more permanent than you'd like (room share) can get a queen loft bed for you & spouse, stick her dresser underneath, yours, storage bins for season clothes etc) then place her bed in its own corner of the room, & either hang up a blanket to give her privacy, or a room divider used on FB. To make her own "room" can also utilize a closet by putting your clothes under the loft bed, can put an entire toddler bed in a closet whichever way you look at it. It makes them feel secure too lol. Also up to you if you do toddler bed.. I opted for twin after crib
