Flu in pregnancy?
So I had my flu jab last week, and yesterday I woke up with a scratchy throat, thought nothing of it and carried on with my day, fast forward a couple hours I'm crying in agony, throats swollen, migraine, bad cough, and my entire body and joints feel like they're on fire to the point where my partner can't even touch me because it hurts so bad. Woke up today and everything is twice as bad and even wind on my arm is enough to make me scream in pain, any advice?😅😅

So this was me since Tuesday and turns out I have Covid. I would test as if you have it you may need anticoagulant injections like myself. I’d test then call maternity so you can give them as much info as possible. I didn’t even feel as bad as you sound tbh - just scratchy throat, blocked nose and 2 episodes of migraines that made me vomit. I hope you feel better soon x
I had these exact symptoms when I had Covid last year, I couldn’t touch my arms it was so painful. It’s horrible. Call your maternity unit for advice - I had Covid again a few weeks ago but nowhere near as bad as I had it last year. There’s so much of it going around. Hope you feel much better soon
I came out in an awful cold about 4/5 days after my flu jab. A week later and I’m still stuck with it! Hope you feel better soon x
