Think my milk has dried up😢
My son is going to be 1 next Friday and I am also 21+4weeks pregnant and I think my milk has dried up😢I’m not ready for our journey to end but he feeds and sometimes gets up and signs all gone🥹is there anything I can do?

Unfortunately milk drying up during pregnancy is hormone related and can’t be changed however you can still continue to dry nurse! I still dry nursed my 1 year old through out my whole pregnancy (milk dried up about 12 weeks and came back as colostrum about 25 weeks) and he just continued to feed and still does now at 3 years old. Just continue to offer if he wants it and soon enough the milk will be back for him x
I get some out my left but think my right has dried up! Hopefully comes back but he is more than happy to dry nurse thankfully🥰
