Any one else experience this?

The last few nights I’ve been struggling to sleep as I keep waking up in panic attacks, I’ve got a week till I’m induced at 40 weeks but didn’t know if this was normal to just wake up in a panic attack… literally don’t want to sleep 💤

I suffered with this a lot at the beginning of my third trimester. It was really awful and my mental health took a big dive. I did discover though that I had very low iron and once the supplements kicked in, I felt so much better but that could of just been a placebo effect. I was told that pregnancy induced anxiety is much more common than you think and for some reason during the night. I hope it gets better for you and don't be afraid to ask for help if you need it! ❤️

Thank you sm just glad to know I’m not the only one! I just feel like even if I’m alright during the day it’s lit as soon as I wake up i can’t breath panicking and all I can think of is the worst or what if im panicking during labour 🤦🏻‍♀️ hopefully it gets better soon a week feels so long away for this to be happening every time I close my eyes! Thank you again

Scan needed at 33 weeks

Hi ladies! I just had a midwife appointment (I am 33+5)..the midwife was different to my usual midwife. She's requested I have a scan within 72 hours as she said baby is measuring a little small, however, she did say that it's likely nothing to worry about and it's probably just her measuring me a bit different to my usual midwife. Has anyone else had this? Am a bit worried although babys heartbeat and movements are completely fine.

Finding out gender

Has anyone found out the gender at a private scan at 14 weeks? And has this been accurate?

I found out at 17 with my first but I know a scan place that offers from 14/15 weeks and I’m impatient 😂🥲

Rolling milestone at 5 months - What’s typical ?

Good morning ladies,

My daughter will be 5 months old tomorrow, but there’s still no sign of her rolling. She does tummy time and loves lying on her mat, playing with hanging toys above her and to the sides, but she only lifts her legs and doesn’t seem interested in rolling or moving sideways yet.

Anyone else the same or have your babies already learnt how to roll yet ?

Thank you
