7 weeks today 🥹

Got a private scan on Saturday so I will be 7+4! Anyone had any recent scans and if so, how much are you able to see? I didn’t have a scan this early with my first 😊

Are all of these 6/7 week scans private? I thought you couldn’t have any scans until 12 weeks unless there was problems x

I had an nhs one at 5 because of previous miscarriages and ectopics. They brought me back two weeks later and again 3 weeks after that which will be 30th october but inbetween I’ve had private ones so effectively been able to see it weekly.
It’s not advised apparently but it’s made me feel much better so don’t see the harm in the reassurance that your baby’s heart is still beating and growing x

Ah completely understand! It is worrying at this point not knowing if everything is ok, especially when it feels like such a long time until any proper checks x

Scan needed at 33 weeks

Hi ladies! I just had a midwife appointment (I am 33+5)..the midwife was different to my usual midwife. She's requested I have a scan within 72 hours as she said baby is measuring a little small, however, she did say that it's likely nothing to worry about and it's probably just her measuring me a bit different to my usual midwife. Has anyone else had this? Am a bit worried although babys heartbeat and movements are completely fine.

Finding out gender

Has anyone found out the gender at a private scan at 14 weeks? And has this been accurate?

I found out at 17 with my first but I know a scan place that offers from 14/15 weeks and I’m impatient 😂🥲

Rolling milestone at 5 months - What’s typical ?

Good morning ladies,

My daughter will be 5 months old tomorrow, but there’s still no sign of her rolling. She does tummy time and loves lying on her mat, playing with hanging toys above her and to the sides, but she only lifts her legs and doesn’t seem interested in rolling or moving sideways yet.

Anyone else the same or have your babies already learnt how to roll yet ?

My 5 month old has only ever had tears from one eye the other has never had a single tear, it doesn't look red gunky or anything just never had a tear?
Is this anything to worry about ? I did ask the doctor while she was younger but it's still going on!
