Blood clots after birth

Hi sorry for the disgusting photos but can anyone tell me if this is normal to lose after birth had my baby late last night and have lost this but not sure if it’s normal or not

Yeah I didn't have any but my midwife said to expect heavy bleeding or clots. So I think it should be fine x

After my first the midwife said to expect lots up to the size of a 50pence piece. She wasn't joking! Freaked me out when I thought bits of what looked like my liver were falling out of me. Turns out it was normal. 😅 and not my liver 🤣🤣

Scared me too when it happened. Fortunately I have my mum staying with me and I was freaking out and showed her and she was like no that’s totally normal.

i’ve been told it’s normal! i’ve been having them too. it’s not unusual for me anyway as i do get them often when i have periods, so the midwife said if it’s normal for me then it’s normal. they look fine x

Scan needed at 33 weeks

Hi ladies! I just had a midwife appointment (I am 33+5)..the midwife was different to my usual midwife. She's requested I have a scan within 72 hours as she said baby is measuring a little small, however, she did say that it's likely nothing to worry about and it's probably just her measuring me a bit different to my usual midwife. Has anyone else had this? Am a bit worried although babys heartbeat and movements are completely fine.

Finding out gender

Has anyone found out the gender at a private scan at 14 weeks? And has this been accurate?

I found out at 17 with my first but I know a scan place that offers from 14/15 weeks and I’m impatient 😂🥲

Hi guys so I’m 25 weeks today and I haven’t felt the baby kick at all yet at the scans she’s moving constantly that it’s hard to get the right measurements my first pregnancy was cryptic so I just want suggestions from one worried mother

Rolling milestone at 5 months - What’s typical ?

Good morning ladies,

My daughter will be 5 months old tomorrow, but there’s still no sign of her rolling. She does tummy time and loves lying on her mat, playing with hanging toys above her and to the sides, but she only lifts her legs and doesn’t seem interested in rolling or moving sideways yet.

Anyone else the same or have your babies already learnt how to roll yet ?

normal or infected?

5 weeks post c section , i went at the beginning of the week as my wound had opened completely different area to what’s leaking. was told it didn’t look infected. anyone know if this is normal coming off it, it’s only a little amount at a time
