Taking Sertraline in pregnancy

So I had a medication review today and told the pharmacist about being pregnant- she said the baby may experience some withdrawal symptoms and will need to be monitored. Nobody has informed me of this before and now I’m thinking should I be coming off of them?! Has anyone any experience with this?

I am on amitryptaline (for migraines)and have been told the same. I was referred to a consultant because of it and she discharged me saying all it’ll mean is baby may cry a bit more for a week or two but will otherwise me totally fine. Hopefully same for you! Try not to stress. We agreed that me coming off the medication and risking black outs, insomnia etc. would be more harmful to me and baby than staying on it

I'm on Amitriptyline like @Robyn for nerve pain, and they said the same. But I was also offered sertraline for my MH and told me this doesn't have withdrawal like my ami.
