Hi is anyone struggling with postpartum hair loss? Only the last few weeks it’s been happening and I seem to have a few bald patches on the sides! Which I can cover but still makes me feel conscious! I’ve started using hairburst shampoo and conditioner and hoping it will help. Has anyone used this and noticed a difference?

Yes massively. I cried in the shower the other day as just so much is falling out x

When I was pregnant it was the only time for a long time that my hair wasn’t shedding, now it’s back really badly!
The L’Oréal root touch up spray works really well for disguising thinner patches!

Omg I thought it was only me. Is there any solution for it?

I thought I was going to be bald at one point, I'd brush my hair half would be in the brush. I was scared of washing my hair as even more came out in the shower it was horrible. But this SAVED my hair, I can show you before and afters it's amazing!! You need rosemary oil, I got mine from Hair Syrup I recommended you get one from them theirs actually works! With in 4 months baby hairs were there and they was half an inch long, I apply it to my scalp 3 times a week and leave it for a couple of hours then wash it out. Or if your going to be in all day, apply in the morning and wash at night, the longer the better. When you wash your only shampoo the top not the ends, just wash your roots, then condition the ends only also you need..

a jar of organic coconut oil and it must be organic or its pointless, if you have a home bargains or B&M's local to you then you can go there for one. It's in a glass jar with a white lid and label and it's £3.99/£4.99 one of them prices I'm unsure as I've had mine a while now. It lasts for months I still have more then half a jar and I've been using mine for 8 months now, do not apply it from the roots about 1 inches down from your roots and apply it to your hair then clip it up and leave it in all day or sleep with it in and wash it out. The rosemary oil helps grow your hair its the best thing you can use, and the coconut oil helps repair, fix, and puts all that goodness back in your hair. It will help prevent it from snapping, breaking ect. The rosemary oil costs around £15 so its around £20 for them both but its the best £20 you will ever spend, you should get around 2/3 months out of the rosemary iol before you need to re buy as you don't need to drench your scalp with it. A little goes a long way,

I hope this helps you on your journey I know it has me xx

It might not look like a big difference but trust me it is, I no longer have patches at the front of my head. Thought I was going to have to get a sharpie and start colouring my head in 😂
