So I’ve just recently changed my diet to a inflammatory diet. That been said I cut out almost all dairy no coffee and started gluten free. Do you really have to go to extreme lengths and cut out everything. So far I do feel amazing but miss my coffees.

I do what I can within my limits. I'd say I mostly eat anti inflammatory foods but the strictness of never eating dairy or sugar etc. would impact my mental health so I do have it in small quantities. It's about finding what works for you. Changing my diet hasn't helped the development of Endo itself but definitely soothed its symptoms. And, if nothing else, it helps me feel a little control over my body. Good luck with your experiment :)

Hi I went to a holistic doctor for this and after 7 tubes of blood, he prescribed me with minerals and vitamins.
And a very strict diet for a month. I couldn’t have any gluten, dairy, processed sugar and processed food. Also no legumes, spinach, avocado, eggplants and tomatoes.
I basically ate vegetables, fruits, and unprocessed grains.
He said I needed to flush out all the toxins first. After that my body can tolerate dairy or gluten. I was free to eat whatever. I mentally prepared myself and prepared a fun&tasty meal prep list.
I did have cheat days but did it anyway. I felt GREAT. no more bloated!
4 months before the diet my biopsy report for endo was 3.8 out of 4. (Two failed FET with perfect embryos and i was 31) 1 month after diet I had endo surgery and my level was only 1 out of 4.
I think diet did better than many other things.
