Scab picking
My son got a spot on his nose picked it then got this and keeps picking at it. I’m terrified he’s going to scar as his face is already covered in scars and he’s only 2 😭😭any advice or tips? Or has similar and it didn’t scar

I would take him to the GP, they might be able to prescribe a cream or something to help it heal quicker.
The only way to do it is to cover it with a plaster
