One Month Old Newborn Advice

I have a one month year old. Since Sunday she had a little bit of a blocked/stuffy nose. Not full with mucus just little bogies they are blocking cos you can hear it when she’s breathing. She’s also got a slightly swollen gland in her neck on right side. I phoned 111 on Sunday and they did a video consultation. Basically said she’s probably fighting off a small infection and that if her temperature is okay, feeding okay etc nothing to worry about . Tonight her nose is blocked and it’s causing her not to sleep. Already had a bath and tried to squeeze out as much muscus as possible with our nose sucker. My husband wants to go to the GP tomorrow. I personally don’t think the GP is going to be able to do anything. Especially as she doesn’t have high temperate. Think she just has to get through it unfortunately. What’s everyone’s thoughts?
