Chronic rhinitis! Help..
Has anyone else got chronic rhinitis and severe allergies and literally having the worst time? I’ve had it for years and a few months before I got pregnant I finally started a new nasal spray anti histamine and steroid treatment which changed my life. I felt like a new person. They stopped it when I got pregnant and said I could only use saline flushes etc. I am literally in the worst state all of the time. I can’t sleep properly and I cannot control how congested I am. I’m 21 weeks and so so miserable.. 😞
I know that nasal sprays barely touch the blood stream and I admit that on a couple of occasions I’ve had to use a decongestant spray because I’ve been in such a state. Luckily my boy is fine and growing well. I’m suffering so much though and wondered if anyone knows anything magic that might help or was ever allowed to continue their treatment? I spoke to a doctor very early in my pregnancy that was very unhelpful.. but I’m tempted to call again

My Husband has rhinitis really bad and we now have air purifiers all around the house which seems to help him abit, id go back to your gp though for another opinion x
Yes. I can’t take any allergy stuff and my nose is another level. Honestly feel like a zombie with no sleep 😴
Hey ladies, I am currently going through this too and don’t know what to do, did you find solutions in the end? My doctor doesn’t seem interested
