Storage heaters

Anyone on here got Storage heaters I’ve got them they’ve obviously been off for some months due to hot weather but my God as it’s gotten so cold since Monday I’ve put them on but they are taking forever to collect heat and heat up I put them on Monday night it’s not Wednesday and they still ain’t letting out hot heat and my flat is freezing anyone else having the same issue.

There usually an input and output setting on plus an isolator. Have you checked they're both on max and not turned off at the isolator? X

from the last time I used them I simply turned them off by the main switch then turned them back on I’m gonna have to look in the manual cause it’s been 2 days and my flat is I’ve cold but I’ll check aswell thank you x
