Phlegm Cough

Any tips on helping my baby girl with her cough? Since Saturday she’s had a sniffle and dry cough but over the last two days it’s changed to a phlegm cough

we struggle with this a lot :( , i put a pillow under his mattress to prop him up, put vapour rub on his cot mobile 🙈 and use the nose spray before every feed, a little de humidifier can help to x
