Sleep! Is anyone else struggling?

I’m 22 weeks this week and for the last two weeks I’m getting like four hours sleep max if that! Last night I had about two hours of broken sleep I’m so tired but after an hour of sleep my brain acts like I’ve had a full 12 hours rest! Anyone had the same or got any tips??

Yesss I’m struggling so much sleeping recently, I can’t shut off at night either my whole body feels so restless 😩 it’s like I need to go for a sprint, and then I’m constantly turning over all night to get comfy it’s so disrupted I feel like a zombie all day

Yeah I’m really struggling with this 😩 and I have a cold now too so it makes it 10 times worse!

Yes same! I Don’t struggle to fall asleep, but constantly waking up in the night, with broken sleep and struggling to get comfortable as I’m a belly up and down sleeper, so forcing myself to side sleep is so difficult!

I can fall asleep but so restless 🤦🏽‍♀️and I’m so out of breathe when turning over because my shoulder hurts and end up like panting 😂🤦🏽‍♀️

Same here! Its strange because nothing really hurts me, like no back or hips pain just a lot of tossing and turning. Thinking of really trying to go to bed a lot earlier than usual to try to get sufficient hours of sleep despite being so interrupted

Saaaame! Maybe a shower or massage before bed. I know it’s “controversial”, but a boring film or show might do the trick, works for me. I do know that forcing myself to sleep doesn’t help.

I’ve gone back to having insomnia again! I sleep till like 3 and then I’m wide awake for the rest of the night xx

Yes. My sleep quality took a nose dive about a week back. Some nights I’m laying wide away until 3/4am. I never normally have problems sleeping. The most annoying this is during the day when I’m trying to work I’m so tired I have to nap and THEN I can sleep just fine 🙄
