Grunting noise

My daughter is a premie and still in the ccn unit at the hospital and she does this all the time when she poops and will get super red in the face from pushing but she’s not constipated at all. I asked the drs about it and they said that it’s normal for babies to make the noises and push like that because they are still learning not sure if it’s the same but I’d say if your concerned I’d call the pediatrician to confirm :)
